Kind reminder: addresses on the parcel are not approved as return addresses. Packages returned without a return address authorized by customer service representatives will not be refunded or exchanged.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

Finding the perfect shapewear can be difficult. Luckily, thanks to our 100% fit guarantee, you'll get an easy, free replacement with another size and product.

You have 30 days to request another size and we'll send it to you - for free!

1) Purchase can be replaced within 30 days of receipt.

2) Items must be unused, in good condition and in their original packaging. Make sure all items in the packaging are intact! If this is not the case, the buyer is responsible for all costs incurred.

3) Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for replacement.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Your order will be fully refunded if cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a support ticket by contacting us if you decide to cancel the order.

For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before dispatch, a 15% cancellation fee will be applied.

We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the order has already been dispatched.

REFUNDS

Purchases may be refunded 100% within 30 days of the order date.
Only the cost of the products will be refunded. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

To obtain a full refund, the product must have arrived damaged and photographic or video evidence will be required.

However, in order to provide maximum support to our customers, if the size you order is incorrect, you can obtain a replacement with another size or another product, completely free of charge.
